PAYMENT:
Payment is due by Wednesday of the week an auction closes. Any unpaid invoices may be processed as a "No Show" and potentially freeze your bidding abilities.
Cash, cashiers checks, money orders and credit cards (Mastercard and Visa) are accepted forms of payment on all sales. No personal or business checks will be accepted. Any sale amounts over $5000 will have a 3% processing fee applied when paid by credit card.
VEHICLE REMOVAL:
Once the auction closes and you are the winning bidder, an email will be sent from K-Bid with a link to your invoice. Please folow this link to your K-Bid Dashboard and complete the Vehicle Registration Form as is highlighted/linked on your invoice.
An appointment is needed for removal of the vehicle. Contact us to schedule your removal appointment or delivery. Please bring your Driver's License and current vehicle insurance information to your appointment.
VEHICLE PROCESSING:
As a MN Auto Dealer, we complete all title transfer paperwork for in-state titles and our fees reflect this process. In some instances, there may be a discount in these fees that can be corrected upon auction completion. All vehicle-buyers will be required to pay a $200.00 document fee. Out-of-State buyers will complete their own title transfers and pay only the doc fee. Auto Dealers are required to provide us with a copy of a current Dealer License prior to the removal of the vehicle. The $200.00 fee applies to dealers as well. 21-day permits will be issued as needed.
SHIPPING:
Shipping is available on most items for an additional fee. We ship to the 5-state area (MN, WI, SD, ND, IA) with SpeeDee Delivery. Outside of this area, USPS or UPS will be used.
Vehicle delivery is also available at approximately $2.00/mile one way. Please contact us for a quote.

**Inspections and test drives are encouraged and will be available by appointment ONLY, Monday-Thursday, 9-4. The office is closed to the public, but phone lines are open. Removals are by appointment, as well. Winning bids need to be paid for by the Wednesday immediately following the auction, but we have storage and delivery options available as well as non-contact removals if needed. Platform Role

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
