An estate of a former Pampered Chef sales rep that has lots of great cooking/baking tools that most were hardly used. She must have had it all! There is some wonderful furniture including an adjustable base queen size bed, bookshelves, sofa, twin bed, buffet, desk, kitchen table, drop-down desk, cedar chest, wooden rockers, jewerly cabinet, dressers, lamps, TV and more. Check out the wonderful jewelry and clothing. Plus there is a collection of DVD's, western decor, a chess game, cat supplies, bike, wagon, games, and wonderful holiday decorations and dishes. Homemade quilt, tablecloths, pillows, pictures and placemats. Raggedy Ann & Andy Collector.

There are NO REFUNDS and NO RETURNS for items purchased. The items are coming from a house so you might have to haul pieces up or down stairs during removal. Do Not bid on items that you are unable to pickup during scheduled hours unless you have called in advance and made other arrangements.

Payments: We accept cash and credit card. Card payments may be made online via the invoices section of your K-BID dashboard or in person at our store. Payments due by the end of removal date.
Late Removals: Later removal may be accomodated with approval from Senior Move Magic. Please contact us prior to bidding should you need a later removal schedule.
Missed removals: Items that have been paid for and not picked up during the removal are subject to a $25 late removal fee unless authorized by Senior Move Magic. Items will not be held without prior approval.
Unpaid invoices: Unpaid invoices will be marked as a No-Show at the conclusion of the removal date. Your account may be disabled from bidding on K-BID.
Employees of Senior Move Magic are unable to help lift, carry, or transport large or heavy items. Please bring the appropriate help and vehicle for larger items.
IMPORTANT: Inspection and removal times are firm. DO NOT bid on this auction if you are unable to honor the scheduled removal/ pick up time(s) and day. At the close of the removal/ pick up day, all unpaid invoices will be processed as NO SHOWS and all remaining lots will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliates discretion.
Inspection: Inspection dates/times are available for every auction by appointment. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect prior to placing bids. Removal day is not inspection day. When an auction ends, and the winning bidder invoice appears on the bidder’s dashboard, the bidder is obligated to honor their bid(s).
Refunds: Once you have picked up your item(s) and they have been removed from the auction site, refunds or returns will not be accepted. Senior Move Magic is not responsible for missing or damaged items after they have been removed from the auction site. Please inspect your items BEFORE leaving the auction premises.
Release of liability: By participating in this auction, you release Senior Move Magic of any liability of damage or injury that may occur on the premises of this auction

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.

Bidder Responsibilities

All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.

If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Shipping is available on many items. Please verify by viewing the shipping icon on each item within the auction. We utilize UPS, Fedex and USPS. A $20 handling fee per item plus the cost of shipping will apply. At our discretion, handling fee's will be combined on multiple items.
To request shipping, please follow these instructions.
1. Pay your invoice online on your dashboard on K-BID
2. Call or Text 952-261-5457 with the following information. Bidder ID, confirmed shipping address, lot numbers won.
3. We will send you a secondary invoice via square to the email address on file with the shipping amount. Please pay upon receipt.
4. Once paid, the item will be shipped within 3-5 business days!
