BEFORE LEAVING THE PREMISES WITH YOUR ITEMS you are responsible to INSPECT your lots to make sure you got all the correct items AS WELL AS making sure what you got is how it was described on the auction site (functionality, cosmetics, etc.)
All items in the lot must be removed by the winning bidder. If you win a lot that has multiple items in it, you’re responsible for taking all the items in that lot. Your bidding availability may be restricted if you don't follow these guidelines.
Sometimes due to the size of the auction, things do get mixed up. Please make sure what you have is what you bid on and everything you bid on is included and correct. We will not entertain any refunds or bring you items that you missed after the item has left the property.

Payment Types Accepted: Online payment preferred through K-Bid but will accept Cash, or Debit/Credit card at time of pickup. Wire required over $3,000.
ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO THE END OF THE SCHEDULED REMOVAL DAY(S). If payment is NOT received by the end of the removal date, items will be re-sold.
Please DO NOT bid if you cannot pay and pickup your items on the scheduled removal day (unless other arrangements have been made).
Removal: Please bring necessary help, tools and proper size equipment or vehicle to haul your items. At the close of the removal / pickup day, all unpaid invoices will be processed as NO SHOWS and all remaining lots will be considered abondoned and disposed of at the affiliates discretion.
Shipping: Please view the shipping tab for more information. A separate invoice for Shipping Fees plus a $5 handling fee will be generated after initial invoice is paid and shipping arrangements have been made. Once the shipping invoice has been paid, your item(s) will be shipped within 3 business days.
Disclosure: Everything is sold "as is, where is" with no guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase. Photos are provided for your convenience and do not provide a guarantee or warranty. Every effort is made to provide accurate description and condition of the item, however, it is the bidder's responsibility to to verify condition, quality, count, dimensions, etc during their own personal inspection.
Refunds and/or Returns: Once you have picked up your item(s) and they have been removed from the auction site, refunds or returns will NOT be accepted. Mystery Deals is not responsible for missing or damaged items after they have been removed. Please inspect your items and bring any questions or concerns to the attention of the auction manager before leaving the auction premises. NO refunds will be given for abandoned lots.
Release of Liability: By participating in this auction, you release Mystery Deals of any liability of damage or injury that may occur on the premises of this auction.
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid on this auction, you are agreeing to the auction specific terms listed on this page in additions to the K-BID user terms and agreements.
K-BID Online, Inc. (K-BID) is responsible for maintaining the K-BID.com website. K-BID.com serves as the venue used by independent auction companies (Affiliates) to present their online auctions to bidders.
K-BID’s role in the auctions listed on K-BID.com is limited to providing the venue for affiliate auctions. Affiliates are not employees, agents, representatives or partners of K-BID Online, Inc. K-BID’s knowledge about individual auctions and individual auction transactions is limited to the information appearing on the website.
By placing a bid on K-BID.com, bidders are verifying they are at least 18 years old and acknowledging they understand and will comply with both the K-BID.com website terms and the auction specific terms. Bidders MUST NOT share their password or account information with anyone. Bidders are responsible for bids placed on their account.
Inspection dates/times are available for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect prior to placing bids. Removal day is not inspection day. When an auction ends, and the winning bidder invoice appears on the bidder’s dashboard, the bidder is obligated to honor their bid(s).
Every auction item is sold “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase.
Bidders are responsible for knowing and complying with auction terms. Failure to comply with removal terms may result in bidding privileges being disabled. Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.
Sellers and their agents are prohibited from bidding on their own assets.
Items with a reserve will not be sold unless the reserve price has been met.
At the close of the auction, active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes.
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
In the event that bidding rights are terminated due to no-show invoices, bidders MAY be reinstated at the discretion of K-BID only after a penalty fee of 20% of the unpaid invoice(s) and a reinstatement fee of $25.00 has been paid to K-BID and a scanned copy of your driver's license emailed to us. INVOICED ITEMS WILL NOT BE AWARDED. The payment is punitive and meant to deter no-shows. Duplicate bidder accounts will be deactivated when they are determined to exist. If possible and at our discretion, K-BID reserves the right to delete any bid we believe has been placed by a suspect bidder. Any registration that shows up on our fraud detection system may be placed on hold and bids removed until the user is verified. K-BID Online, Inc reserves the right to disallow anybody from bidding on its website. Cases of obvious bidding with no intent to redeem will be referred to appropriate legal authorities.
Affiliates may lower a lot reserve at any time before or after an auction closes. If the reserve is lowered while the auction is in progress, the applicable reserve message will appear below the Next Required Bid information (Reserve Not Met or Reserve Has Been Met); the asset will sell to the high bidder if the lowered reserve amount is met. If the reserve is lowered after the auction closes, the highest bidder at auction close will receive a winning bidder invoice.
Once an auction begins its closing process, outbid notifications will not be sent.
Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.

SHIPPING: Please verify that shipping is available on the items you are interested in. Each item will indicate whether we can ship it or not. QUESTIONS: Call 218-606-0904 or email mysterydealsshipping@gmail.com. FEES: $13 per box/package plus actual shipping cost, plus tax. We do our best to consolidate items in the same box. The price may go up depending on how much packing and handling is required to ship. We use SPEEDEE, USPS, UPS, and FEDEX. Shipping Rates will vary depending on Size and weight. PROCESS: Should you win an item that is eligbile for shipping, please follow these shipping instructions: 1. Pay your invoice on your K-BID dashboard by Noon of the removal date. 2. Email us at mysterydealsshipping@gmail.com WITH SHIPPING and AUCTION ID NUMBER IN SUBJECT LINE 3. Include your bidder ID, name, phone number and shipping address in the body of that email. 4. A separate invoice for the shipping costs will be sent to your email on file, once paid, the item will be shipped. Please keep in mind that due to current High Fuel Charges and Carrier Driver Shortages there may be increased carrier delays and delayed shipping times.
