There are 2 locations for the items on this auction.
Lot #1-A to #133 are located in the gym at Simmons Elementary 1500 South 3rd Street
Lot #150 to #242 are located in the gym at C.C. Lee Elementary 1900 State Street North
All payments will be taken at Simmons Elementary.
If you are paying online you will still need to come to Simmons Elementary to receive a Signed Paid Invoice from us before proceeding to pickup your items from C.C. Lee Elementary
No items will be allowed to be removed without presenting a signed paid invoice from S&S Auction
BRING HELP WITH YOU FOR PICKUP!!!! There will not be any help available for loading your items. It is your responsibility to bring adequate help with you for loading your auction items.

Successful bidders need to click on the Invoices Tab in your Dashboard at the conclusion of the auction to schedule a time for pickup of your items on Friday July 12th 9:00 AM To 4:00 PM or Saturday July 13th 10:00 AM To 2:00 PM
Successful Bidders must schedule an appointment for pickup!!!
DO NOT SHOW UP WITHOUT A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT!!!
Invoices will not be processed, and no lots will be loaded without a scheduled appointment!!!
Please Adhere to the time you schedule for pick up to limit the amount of people we have onsite at one time.
If you are not able to lift and load items that you purchased make sure to bring help with you for pickup. There will not be any assistance for loading of your items, you are responsible to bring adequate help with you for loadout of the items you purchased.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
