TERMS OF AGREEMENT: NON-NEGOTIABLE – Items listed may include customer returns. Items are not considered new unless clearly stated. All items are sold as is. KZ Building Materials does not guarantee any of the items are complete or work as the manufacturer intended. Inspection prior to bidding is highly recommended.
By placing a bid, the bidder agrees to these terms and waives any claim against KZ Building Materials based on the condition or value of the item.
You may pay in person at time of removal or online with Square.
If you pay online and do not pick up your item(s) on the scheduled removal date, you must email KDZBuildingMaterials@gmail.com to set up an alternate pickup time within 1 week of the auction closing. Items not picked up within the week will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliate's discretion. Items not paid online by 12:00pm three days following the close of the auction will be processed as a No Show and your items will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliate's discretion.
Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.
Affiliates are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
We do offer shipping for some items. Please look at the Item Description before bidding to verify if it qualifies for shipping.
Most of the time, we are very busy and it takes multiple days to get items to the shipping facility for shipment, please bid accordingly.
Email KDZBuildingMaterials@gmail.com to arrage shipping. Please include your name, bidder number, contact phone number, and ship-to address in the email. Please include the Auction ID Number (the number following the title on your invoice) and "Shipping" in the subject line.
Please note: We are not able to predetermine the cost of shipping until the item is packaged, measured and weighed. Rates will vary depending on size and weight. NO shipping quotes.
Fees: $15 per box or package plus actual shipping cost and tax. We will do our best to ship most items in the same box. The price may go up depending on how much packing and handling is required to ship. Potential carriers include USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping rates will vary depending on size and weight.
***IF YOU WANT YOUR ITEMS SHIPPED PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING***
- You must pay your invoice through K-Bid prior to setting up shipping.
- Invoices must be paid by the end of the auction's scheduled pickup and removal period (noon on the Saturday).
- You must request shipping on or before the last scheduled pick up day, at least 30 minutes prior to the end of the scheduled removal, or you risk forfeiting your item.
- Once the invoice has been paid and we receive the email with your name, bidder number, phone number, and ship-to address, we will then package everything, et it ready for shipment and then send you an invoice via email through Square.
*Please keep in mind that due to current current High Fuel Charges and Carrier Driver Shortages there may be increased carrier delays and delayed shipping times.
