ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR BUYER, PAYMENT & REMOVAL OF THIS MOBILE HOME
Buyer/Winning Bidder, by bidding on this Auction IS AGREEING TO THESE TERMS:
1. Within 72hrs of Auction Closing a remittal of a NON-REFUNDABLE $5,000 via Cash, Good Bank Draft, Wire to Packrat Salvage LLC is required.
2. Within 15 days of Auction Closing, Full Payment of Balance must be received and Title signing and transfer must be completed or this contract will be in Default.
3. Within 45 Days of Auction Closing Removal of mobile home from current spot MUST BE COMPLETED.
4. Failure to do so Will cause this contract to be in default and Neither the $5,000 payment, Nor the payment of balance will be Refunded.
5. Failure to remove Within 45 day time-frame WILL ALLOW seller and/or Owner of Current Parking spot to remove, or have removed, said mobile home from current parking spot AND buyer agrees to be Legally Responsible for any and all long term lot rental/storage fees and PAY for All Costs Ensued to include but not exclusive to Legal Costs, Removal Costs, Hauling, Placement, Permits, Lot Rental, Etc.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal

Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.

If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Shipping is available for most items in this auction and MUST be arranged before the end of the removal time.
We try to get the shipping out the door by the following Wednesday after the removal dates.
If you want your item shipped, call or text us to let us know. Please do not pay your K-Bid invoice until we update it with the shipping cost.
Rates are $10.00 per package for packaging and handling PLUS actual shipping cost. We try to get all of your items in one box, sometimes it's not possible to do so.
Large items that can't be put in a manageable box will require freight. We will require the cost of time and materials to build suitable shipping containers in addition to the cost of freight itself.
We will ship via USPS or UPS, whichever rate is best. If your item requires purchase of special supplies this will be added to the cost.
