Our Guarantee
Driven Motors guarantees that a vehicle listed with a ‘Clean’ Title status, is just that, a CLEAN TITLE. Vehicles with branded titles will be EXPLICITLY NOTATED with Rebuilt, Flood, Salvage, Prior Salvage, Lemon Law, or Junk title brands in the listing title and inside the auction.
UNPAID INVOICES: Please only bid with the intent to purchase. Appointments required for removal within 48 hours.
Payments
Payment must be made within 2 days of auction (Or have an appointment scheduled within 48 hours) Driven Motors accepts Cash, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, Debit or Credit Cards, and Wire Transfers. We do not accept personal or business checks, paypal, cashapp or venmo.
At our discretion, we will accept CC's over $5,000, these will be subject to a 3% surcharge fee. Doc admin fee's apply to all buyers and is $200.
Removal
"Paid" Items not picked up within 7 days are subject to a storage fee of $125, plus an additional $35 daily until the vehicle is picked up.
Inspections
A ‘Test Drive’ is not a full mechanical inspection and will not reveal all mechanical issues. We are not guaranteeing the condition of the vehicle from our test drive. We try our best to be completely transparent with our video walk arounds, our pictures and our vehicle announcements/descriptions. We believe all buyers should be as informed as possible with what they are purchasing. All descriptions are for informational purposes and are not a warranty guaranteeing the condition of the vehicle. All vehicles are sold as is/where is with no warranty, No returns, No refunds, No money back guarantee. Once you buy it, its yours. Please keep in mind you are buying a used car and will have generally have some cosmetic and or mechanical issues. As with all used cars, any vehicle may come with typical used car issues, including mechanical issues and past due maintenance with or without maintenance records. If we have past maintenance records, it will be notated in the listing. The listed "Retail Book value" is simply the book value of the vehicle if it was in pristine condition or graded a 10 our of 10.
We do not allow inspections after the auction ends. Pick up day is not inspection day. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Pickups occur after the auction ends.
Titles
Title transfers may take up to 8-12 weeks pending title availability and accuracy. Some may take longer due to corrections needed for the title before a transfer can take place.
For out-of-state buyers and dealers, the title will be mailed within 31 days. Please note that if you reside in the state of Iowa, it may take longer than 31 days as Iowa does not accept MN reassignment, requiring us to obtain a new title before mailing it to you.
Plates
Please note that we only offer standard plate registration. Should you require special plates, you will need to visit the DMV following the completion of your title transfer and after you receive plates in the mail.
Driven Motors is the licensed dealer for this auction and will be handling all MN title transfers.
Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies to conduct online auctions.
They are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Transportation is available on automobiles, boats and RVs for additional fee. Plates are shipped by Fedex and USPS with tracking and signature confirmation.
