Forms of Payment: Cash, Credit Card, Money Order, Certified Check, Or Pay online by going to your K-Bid Dashboard and click on invoices. All Payments need to be received within 2 Days of the Auction Closing Date. Vehicle/ Titled Asset  Payment Terms are Different, see Auction for Details on Payment Methods. 

Removals are always scheduled per time slots, Buyer will need to setup time with Seller. Most Pickup slots are available on Saturday's/Sunday's, all sold items are expected to be picked up during this timeframe. If for some reason the Paid items are not able to be picked up, please reach out to Dusty after payment is completed to set up a time to pick your items up, Schell Distributing will try to accomodate to your busy schedule.

Firearm Auctions: Winning bidder you must be able to pass a Federal Background Check, it is the responsibility of the Buyer to ensure that the items are legal in your state. If you are an out of state bidder, some items may need to be transfered to a partner FFL holder to perform the necessary Federal Background Check additional transfer fee's will be charged. Please ask questions on these type of items to avoid any delays, issues after sale closing.

Additional Firearm Information:

- Firearms shipped out of state must be shipped to a an FFL where the winner bidder will be required to pass a NICS Background Check. The buyer will be responsible for the additional transfer fee's with the FFL Holder. See Shipping Information regarding additional Charges

- Buyer must have a valid ID that matches their bidder account details along with physical address before firearms will be released

- There will be a additional $25.00 charge for all NICS/Transfer fee, all firearms will be charged this transfer fee no exceptions

- Online payments will not be accepted for firearm sales

- NICS Checks are required EVEN if the buyer has a permit to carry or permit to purchase

- During inspections the potential buyer will need to show their photo id for verification purposes

Paid Item Activity: Any item that is paid for and not picked up within 7 days of the Auction end time, will be subject to a $30 dollar storage charge. After 14 Days of storage the item will be considered abandoned and will be placed on another auction with NO refund to the buyer. 

Unpaid Item Activity: Any unpaid items will be held for 5 days from the end of sale will be placed on another auction, the bidder will be flagged as a NO-SHOW. Which will lead to the Bidders account being Deactivated.  

Vehicals/Titled Assets: It is the buyers responsibility to inspect the condition of each vehical that is listed. All vehicals sales will be subject to a $150.00 Vehical Processing fee, and will be sold with a bill of sale/purchase agreement. Payments Accepted for these Assest are Cashiers Check and or Cash, No Exceptions. It is the buyers responsibility to pay for all fee's associated with the title transfers, taxes and any other fees. All vehicals are sold "AS IS / WHERE IS", there is no warranties in any sort of way on the subject vehicals. No refunds/credits or discounts will be offered. Please inspect these items before bidding "PICKUP DAY is NOT INSPECTION DAY"

Removal:  It is the buyers responsibility to bring the adequate items to remove his/her property, Schell Distributing will not be associated with the loading/unloading of the items, we will also inspect to ensure the product is safe to be transported before it leaves the premises.

Reserves: At times during the auction the seller may decide to lower the reserve, this is a binding contract with the Bidder so be prepared to monitor auction for reserve lowering at any point during the auction timeframe.
