Big Top Hoop Building believed to be 32 ft. wide x 60 ft. long x 20 ft. high, see photo of shipping list. I found this in some old papers, believe this to be the one. (Before my time and no one else remembers for sure).
This hoop building package was purchased new several years ago. A different direction was taken and we never put this building together. It has been stored and moved around too many times to count, needs to go. It has been stored outside this last year. I am NOT going to guarantee every bolt and clamp is there since it has been moved so often. I am NOT going to guarantee that a mouse has not been into anything, package is heavy and rolled tight, maybe not? I would take the time to inspect this item if you plan to bid on it and make your own opinion as to condition, and validate everything is needed to put it together. You could possibly cross reference the packaging list photo to what is in the materials photos or just preview it in person. I presume it is all there, but I did not open every package. From what I can find, shipping weight is approximately 5,500 lbs. This is, as is, where is and what is.

Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
NO Shipping on this auction without prior approval by calling 952.463.6590. This auction has heavy bulky items that would need to be packaged and loaded accordingly!! If an item needs to be shipped, call us before bidding, a pallet fee per lot will be charged to the buyer based on the packaging criteria needed for shipment, nothing is shipped until all invoices and shipping costs are paid in full. Buyer is responsible for making all shipping / transportation arrangements and their associated costs.
Machine on site for loading the heavy items at no charge!
Payment is expected the day of pickup, if for some reason you are unable to pickup at the scheduled time please call before bidding, we maybe able to accomodate a different pickup time for you. DO NOT assume it will work for us unless you call prior to bidding.
