THIS IS AN AUCTION NOT A BOX STORE SO WE DO LIST ITEMS THAT ARE STORE RETURNS, CLOSE OUT OR NOT WORKING SO INSPECT BEFORE BIDDING. WE WILL NOT CANCEL OR OFFER ANY REFUNDS OF ANY SORT.
SOME OF THE TILE LOTS EXPECT 5% DAMAGE AS THE STUFF CRACKS FROM BEING SHIPPED AROUND.

Bring your own help for loading, Staff is limited and we will not be assisting the loading. We will show you the location of the item and it will be the buyer that needs to load.
Everything needs to be paid for on the removal day or it will be marked a now show.
