Construction company fleet trucks and utility trailer are being offered on behalf of the U.S. Bankruptcy Trustee with NO RESERVES to be sold absolutely to the highest bidder!
This is a nice fleet of trucks that appear to be in great cosmetic condition inside and out. All trucks were driven from the Twin Cities area about 80 miles to the auction site in Mankato with no notable mechanical issues. They have NOT been checked by a professional mechanic. It will be up to each bidder to determine their suitability for your needs based on personal inspection which can be arranged with Affiliate by appointment by calling 507-625-7653. The Mankato MN address of the inspection will be provided at the time you call for an appointment. These vehicles are used; flaws, wear and tear should be expected.

THIS AUCTION IS BEING CONDUCTED BY DAILEY REALTY AND AUCTION SERVICE, MANKATO MN (hereafter the ‘Auctioneer’ or ‘Affiliate’) ON BEHALF OF THE U.S. BANKRUPTCY TRUSTEE
WIRE TRANSFER OR CERTIFIED BANK CHECK PAYMENT ONLY PAYABLE TO DAILEY REALTY AND AUCTION SERVICE. Wire transfer instructions will be provided to the winning bidder at the close of this auction.
BUYER’S PREMIUM OF 15% with a $1,500.00 cap will be added to all purchases and becomes the total purchase price of all items sold.
All bidders must register with K-BID according to their terms published below for this auction in addition to complying with these Affiliate terms.
Bidder understands that inspections are critical in their determination of value when bidding and are encouraged to do so BEFORE advancing their bids at the end of the auction. All inspections are by appointment only by contacting Affiliate at 507-340-7555 for time and location information. During inspection the vehicle can be started to observe what can be determinied in a running state, but test drives are NOT available due to insurance restrictions. PICK UP DAY IS NOT INSPECTION DAY and no refunds, discounts or credits against your final winning bid price will be offered!
All vehicles will sell AS IS WHERE IS with no warranties, either express or implied by the Affiliate or the U.S. Bankruptcy Trustee. While every effort is made to disclose known defects and flaws that will substantially impact value, bidders are encouraged to take advantage of the opportunity to inspect in person. Bidder understands that, unless otherwise stated, items offered for sale are used/pre-owned and flaws and wear and tear should be expected. No mechanical inspections have been made on these vehicles and any statements of general condition or visible flaws are based on the Affiliate's opinion only.
Ownership transfers upon bank verification of payment in full to Affiliate's bank account, and completion of all title transfer paperwork. Affiliate Dailey Reaty and Auction Service will be solely responsible for the transfer of all titles of the assets offered in this auction. Title transfer and separate payment of transfer, tax, and document fees shall take place in person at the North Mankato DMV when you make your appointment for pick up of the vehicle, whether you are a dealer or private party. Please come prepared with your current drivers license, dealer license (if applicable), and proof of insurance.
This is a privately owned and operated auction company, and it is clearly understood and agreed that auctioneer represents the seller only. Bids shall advance only as indicated by the increments published in these terms.
Purchases that are not removed by the last posted pickup time without directly contacting Auctioneer to make alternative arrangements will be deemed ‘abandoned’. No refund or credit will be given to the purchaser and disposal of these items shall be at the Auctioneer’s discretion.
Do not bid on this auction if you cannot comply with the payment, inspection, title transfer, and pickup instructions outined in these terms.
Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies to conduct online auctions.
They are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Shipping is NOT available for any item on this auction.
ONLINE PAYMENT IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS AUCTION.
Payment by wire transfer to Affiliate's bank or certified funds only will be due within 48 hours of the conclusion of this auction. Wire transfer instructions will be given to the winning bidders at that time.
