All machines were operational and in use when business closed unless noted otherwise in the lot description.
Consignor will have a forklift on hand to assist with loadout.
There will only be one day for removal for this auction as the consignor will only have a forklift onsite this day as well as this is a rented space and everything needs to be cleared put by the end of the day on Friday March 7th at 5:00 PM if this does not fit your schedule do not bid.
Many things on this auction require forklift loading. Consignor will be loading people with safety being the priority NOT SPEED so be prepared for a possible wait until your able to be loaded if load out schedule gets backed up.
Everything must be removed by 5:00 PM Friday March 7th if you are unable to pickup during this time frame please do not bid!!!!
Successful bidders need to click on the Invoices Tab in your Dashboard at the conclusion of the auction to schedule a time for pickup of your items on Friday March 7th 9:00 AM To 5:00 PM

Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
