Items that are not PAID with a credit card over the phone or other means by the end of the pickup date(s) will be considered no show and abandoned We accept Cash, All Major Credit Cards either in person or by phone, Cashier's Checks. STJ is not liable for any injuries or damage during removal. At the time the winning bidder pays the invoice in full, ownership of the asset and risk of loss or damage passes immediately to the bidder. Remember this is an auction, not a retail store.
IF YOUR INVOICE IS LESS THAN $75 I WILL NOT MAKE A SPECIAL TRIP TO THE WAREHOUSE FOR YOU TO PICKUP AFTER THE SCHEDULED PICKUP DAY.
If you arrange for a later pickup day due to special circumstances and then still fail to pickup on agreed on day will also be considered abandoned and will be resold. No refund will be given for these items. We can leave items outside for you to pickup later in the day.

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
NO SHIPPING
Thank you for bidding! If you are coming to the removal during the scheduled removal time, please pay online (from your dashboard) or at the auction location. Cash and credit cards will be accepted. You will find us right across the railroad tracks from Bongards Creamery.
Shipping is available for additional cost. Please follow these instructions if you require shipping:
1. Verify that the item(s) are eligible for shipping on the item detail page.
2. Call 507-327-6496 with your credit card number to charge your item and shipping to.
We charge a $10 handling fee plus the cost of shipping.
