Whiteford 2025 Stillwater Boat Marina Boat Auction
These late models, meticulously maintained pontoons have served our members well. It is simply time to replace them with brand new models and find them a new home!
All of these pontoons run and have new or refurbished props. They have been regularly detailed and maintained. Boats are not in the water. Buyers are encouraged to inspect boats in person to see the quality yourself. All boats are sold As-Is, Where-Is and without warranty.
Auction Begins Closing:
This auction closes on Monday, May 5th at 7:25pm. Lots will begin closing at 7:25pm. One lot per minute.
Removal information:
Winning bidders will be emailed detailed instructions upon the conclusion of the auction. Payment due prior to the release of the boat. Payment can be made via wire transfer or bank certified cashier’s check. Buyers to complete title work and payment at auction location on pick up day.
Removal Dates:
May 7th is the removal date from 10am-3pm – we can however accommodate a scheduled time on May 8th only if you can’t make it on the 7th.
Inspection Dates:
Boats can be previewed at any time listed in the inspection dates, found in the details section of the auction. Previews are encouraged! No appointment is necessary during those timeframes but please text Jeff at 612-590-3748 Monday-Saturday and if coming on Sunday text Kyle (612) 990-8286 and let us know when you plan on coming, so we know.

These pontoons are sold without trailers. Buyer is responsible for securing the correct trailer, please call with questions.

Important Notes:
All individuals who will be named on the title must be present at removal for signatures. Out of state buyers and dealers will receive the title and transfer fee's will be removed, other than the doc. admin. fee.
Covers included if indicated in description. These boats were on the water last season and have been fleet maintained. Minor cosmetic issues are common with used boats and can be seen in the photos or during your personal inspection. Inspections available on all boats!
Payments accepted: Bank Certified Cashiers check or wire transfer. Credit cards are not accepted for this auction. Please call or text Jeff at 612-590-3748 for wire transfer instructions.
Buyers that use the wire transfer option Must pay a $35 wire transfer fee. Instructions to be sent at the conclusion of the auction. It can take up to 24 hours for wire confirmation, please plan accordingly. Wires should be sent no later then 11:00am the day after the auction closes in order for it to clear before boat removal.
Bidding Tips:
All bids placed on K-BID can be in a max bid format. You can either bid the next required bid or an amount above that. Meaning that you can place a bid of $20,000 and the system will bid on your behalf against other bidders until that amount has been exceeded. Other bidders do NOT have access to your max bid information.
Do not include dollar signs or comma's while placing bids. You will need to include dollars and cents. A bid of $25,000 should be placed like this: 25000.00
Auction Closing and Fees:
A 15% Buyers Premium will be added to the purchase price as well as applicable transfer/registration fees which are listed within the item detail. License and transfer fees are subject to change. Buyers Premium will be capped at $1,500 per item. If an item sells for $32,000, the total bid price would be $32,000 + $1,500 BP + any applicable transfer fees as noted in the item fee section.
Lots will remain open until no bid has been received for 3 minutes. This is referred to as extended bidding and eliminates bid sniping.

Items must be paid for by the pick up date. Any item(s) not picked up on the scheduled day will not be held by the auctioneer unless arrangements were made before auction close. Most auctions are held on-site at our client's location so we will not take responsibility for items not picked up on the scheduled date even if they were paid for.
We always do our best to show pics of any issue but sometimes it is not in the description. If you did not come to the inspection(even if you don't live close) and you find out something about your item on piclk up day even if it is missed in the photo or description, don't expect a refund. We do our best to give you as much information as possible so you can make a good buying decision.

Some auctions we don't offer shipping on. Please see information lot for shipping details. We can't ship or take credit card payment on any firearms, ammunition or foreign currency. Winning bidder is responsible for inspecting prior to purchase. Shipping for small lots only (no "contents lots", large items, heavy items, or items that have or had gasoline or oil in them regardless if lot says shippinmg availble). Also we will not take apart items for shipping. PLEASE CALL Jeff at 612-590-3748 the day before pickup if you want your items shipped. We will be too busy the day of pickup to take your call and arrange for shipping so please call the day before. Shipping may have a $10.00 courier fee plus shipping and handling cost from the UPS store. You will pay the UPS store directly for shipping and pay us for your auction item and the courier fee. All sold as is with no guarantees so please inspect. Please bring your own boxes to pack your items. We try our best to accurately describe every item however if there is a discrepancy between the lot pictures and the description we will use the description. Failure to pay for and pick up items may result in loss of bidding privileges.
