Two Wisemax Light Deprivation Greenhouses for Auction (selling both for one price)
Size: 40m (131.2 ft) (Length) x 12m (39.4 ft) (Width) | Total Area: 480m² (5,166.7 ft²) (Each Greenhouse)
Units Condition: Both greenhouses are new and have never been assembled. They are currently stored in a 40ft high-rise container in Del Norte, CO.
Container: The container will need to be purchased at cost($5000) and will require a crane to lift it, with an estimated cost of $3000 due to the weight of the container
Price: Both greenhouses are being sold together for one price. The buyer will need to arrange for the container and crane lift.
Payment: Payment must be made via wire transfer.
Details: These high-quality, commercial-grade tunnel greenhouses are designed for planting and growing, ideal for medicinal plant cultivation. Both greenhouses are constructed with durable, hot galvanized steel frameworks, offering corrosion resistance for over 15 years. Each structure includes the following features:
Material: Hot galvanized steel, zinc-coated, designed for rust resistance.
Design: Arch design with 60mm (2.4 in) diameter, 2m (6.6 ft) spacing for stability.
Roof Purlin: Reinforced with 5 runs of 1.5mm (0.06 in) galvanized steel pipe for added strength.
Truss Supports: 40mm x 40mm x 1.5mm (1.57 in x 1.57 in x 0.06 in) pipe.
Additional Support: Includes extra deep rolling bars and various connection accessories for structural reinforcement.
No Door: This design eliminates the need for a door, making it ideal for easy access.
Solid end panels are not included

These curtains can be collapsed for easy storage when not in use.
Air Fan & Inflator Drum: Comes with the necessary fan, inflator drum, and accessories to manage air inflation, maintaining the structural integrity of the covering system.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal

Removal day is not an inspection day.

Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Shipping is available on many items (not all) through UPS, USPS or Speedee. Speedee Zones Include: Minnesota, North and South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, Wisconsin and Illinois. Please verify that the item you are interested in has shipping available on the item details. Shipments are sent within 3-5 days after the auction closes.
