This lot features 1x8x6 tongue and groove with double v-groove on the front side and wirebrushed barnwood ship lap pattern on the back side (see pics).
This tongue and groove is going to have defects and knots. These were sorted out of our best material for customer jobs, but we can show any customer ways to remove the defects to maximize useage. We suggest in person inspections or phone calls, on or before auction close, to have all of your questions answered.
Loading: We will load open trucks and trailers appropriate for the size and weight of the material purchased. Enclosed trailers may require loading by hand by the buyer.
Alternate Removal: Alternate removal days can be arranged with prompt payment on or before the published payment/removal day.
Inspections: Inspections can be made any Monday thru Friday, from 8 am to 4 pm, until auction close. We would also be happy to answer any of your questions during this time.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
