If a winning bidder pays the invoice in full, but does not take possession of the assets immediately during the removal day, ownership and risk of loss will still transfer to the bidder upon payment. Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Shipping is available on items noted in lot descriptions additional taxes may be due on items purchased when shipped in Minnesota. We Use Mainly USPS and SPEE-DEE delivery depending on which is able to deliver at the most economical price.
You Must Request Insurance if you want the Package Insured At Time Of Shipment. Tracking Numbers Are Used On All Shipping.
All shipping requests must be made by the end of the removal period. Please use the K-Bid Shipping Feature Now Available (It allows us time to remove your item from the area)
