This auction is taking place at our centrally located convenient to get to location in Zimmerman Mn, at the Zimmerman Trading Post, less than an hour from MPS/St. Paul and our home base in Milaca, MN.
Our auctions end on a Thursday, followed by pickup days on Friday and Saturday - scheduled to be the most convenient times for bidders to pick up their items.
We are happy to ship most of our lots, be sure to check the shipping status prior to bidding.
We are happy to have you inspect these items, please call for an appointment time.
Bidding ends Thursday evening and removal days are the following Friday and Saturday.

Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies to conduct online auctions.
They are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Check to make sure the item is "shippable" - if not... contact us for arrangements for an item that is not listed as "shippable" but you strongly desire to have that item shipped regardless.
Place a winning bid for your desired lot
Pay for your lot winnings on K-bid, online once the auction has completed.
You will be invoiced separately for shipping after you pay for the auction item - you will receive an invoice through Square to your email address
You will be invoiced for a Packaging and Handling Fee is $10 for your first lot and $5 per lot thereafter in addition to the actual freight charges. We are often able to combine multiple lots into one package to save you money.
Once you pay your shipping invoice... your lot winnings will arrive shortly! You should receive an email confirmation and tracking #.
On‑site or online: We accept credit cards and cash at pickup.
Pick up your items during the scheduled removal window.
Alternative pickup times require prior approval - the only way to do that is send an email to hairymosquito@hotmail.com with your name and bidder number. Once an alternative pickup time is arranged, we will confirm with an email message, otherwise, we expect you to pay for and pick up your items before the end of the removal period.
