Lots #1 through #8 Will need to be removed by a professional rigging company at buyers arranging and expense. If successful bidder would choose to remove these lots using their own crew, they will need to supply proof of $1,000,000 liability insurance before any work can begin.
Successful bidders for lots #1 through #8 will have 24 days from auction close to complete removal. Complete removal of these lots will need to be completed by January 2nd 2026
All other auction lots, #9 through #118 will need to be removed on the scheduled auction removal dates of Wednesday December 10th 8 AM to 3 PM or Thursday December 11th 8 AM to 3 PM appointments are made on your K-Bid Dashboard at the conclusion of all auction lots.
All items on this auction are either currently still being used in production or were in working order when removed from operation, unless noted otherwise in the lot description.
All invoices $5,000 or less will be paid online on your K-Bid Dashboard.
Any invoice over $5,000 will be paid by wire transfer, you will receive an email with wiring information at the conclusion of the auction
Successful bidders need to click on the Invoices Tab in your Dashboard at the conclusion of the auction to schedule a time for pickup of your items on Wednesday Dec 10th 8 AM To 3 PM Saturday Dec 11th 8 AM to 3 PM
Successful Bidders must schedule an appointment on your K-Bid Dashboard for pickup at the conclusion of the auction!!!
Invoices will not be processed, and no lots will be loaded without a scheduled appointment!!!

Inspection & Removal

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
