All sales are final. By placing a bid, you agree to the auction-specific terms listed here in addition to the K-BID user terms and agreements. Once a bid is placed, it cannot be retracted, and when the auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to honor their bid.

All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties of any kind. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding, as inspection dates and times are provided for each auction. Removal day is not inspection day, and bidders are solely responsible for evaluating items before purchase.

Full payment is required within 72 hours of auction closing. A Late fee of 5% will apply if paid after 72 hours. Items will not be released until payment has been received and cleared. Arrangements must be made for container load-out fee if you need our assistance please contact us. Delivery may be available for an additional fee. Applicable sales tax will be collected unless a valid exemption is provided. All Items must be picked up within 3 days of the conclusion of the auction. A $25.00 storage fee will apply on Late pickups - this is charged per day per lot.  Items that have not been removed will be resold after 15 days. Rights to the items or any payments made will be forfeited.

Bidders are responsible for understanding and complying with all auction terms. Failure to comply with payment or removal terms may result in loss of bidding privileges. Sellers and their agents are prohibited from bidding on their own assets.

Items with a reserve will not be sold unless the reserve price has been met. At the close of the auction, any item receiving bids will remain open until no bids have been placed for three minutes. Affiliates reserve the right to lower reserve prices at any time before or after the auction closes; if lowered after closing, the highest bidder may be awarded the item.

Failure to pay for invoiced items may result in account suspension or termination. Reinstatement is at the discretion of K-BID and may require payment of a 20% penalty on unpaid invoices, a $25 reinstatement fee, and submission of a valid driver’s license. Unpaid items will not be awarded. Duplicate accounts will be deactivated, and any bids suspected to be fraudulent or not made in good faith may be removed. K-BID reserves the right to deny bidding access to any user, and cases of intentional non-payment may be referred to appropriate legal authorities.

K-BID Online, Inc. provides the platform for independent affiliate auctions and is not the seller or agent of the items listed. Affiliates are not employees or representatives of K-BID, and K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information posted on the website.

By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and accept responsibility for all activity conducted under your account. Bidders must not share account information, and all bids placed under a registered account are the responsibility of the account holder.

Auction Terms Addendum

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.
Affiliates are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.

• Bidders are responsible for all activity under their account.
• Account information and passwords must not be shared.
• All bids are binding and may not be retracted.

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.

Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.

Auction Process

• Items with a reserve will not sell unless the reserve price is met.
• Affiliates may lower reserves at any time:
  • During the auction: updated reserve status will be displayed.
  • After closing: the highest bidder may be awarded the item if the reserve is lowered.
• At closing, items with active bidding will remain open until no bids are received for three (3) minutes.
• Outbid notifications are not sent once an item enters the closing process.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.

If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:

• Reinstatement is at K-BID’s discretion
• Requires payment of:
  • 20% penalty on unpaid invoice(s)
  • $25 reinstatement fee
• A valid government-issued ID must be provided
• Unpaid items will not be awarded

Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.

Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.

Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
