Lots must be picked up on removal date, during the time allotted. If not able to make this time make arrangements, where there will be a $40 late fee for the first 3 lots and $10 for every additional lot. Do not assume that late removals can be accommodated. Each week (from removal date) the product is not picked up an additional $40 charge will be assessed. If product is not picked up in 14 days (from original removal date) the lot will be forfeited and go back to LF Auctions.
Please plan to attend the removal date. Do not assume that late removals can be accommodated. Late removal fees will be subject to a $40 late removal fee.
By participating in this auction, you release LF Auctions of any liability of damage or injury that may occur on the premises of this auction.
A forklift will be available in getting the product to loading area. The forklift will not drive in trailers unless weight appropriate. We will not assist in securing the load.
NOTE:The dock is 3'6" (42") high. The forklift can not leave the dock or warehouse area. There is no ground level loading with Fork Lift.
LF AUCTION not responsible for any damage product in cartons or products. All lots are sold as is. The pictures and video is not a guarantee of the color of product, do to lighting. Coming to the inspection is the only way to get exact colors of product and confirm quality.
LF AUCTION is not responsible for any manufacture defect, mislabeling or discoloration. Pictures and videos are LF Auction's best representation of the product but does NOT guarantee 100% accuracy of color, quality and style in box/pallet products. ONLY way to guarantee product is color, style and quality is viewing at inspection. Buyer assumes all risk any manufacture defects or manufacture mislabeled products. Sole discretion of errors and quality of product belongs to LF AUCTION. Refunds will not be provided for any such errors. Products sold AS IS.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
LF Auction does not ship or arrange any shipping. Buyers will need to coordinate shipping on their own. If Shipping is arranged. There will be a handling fee to load product on the shipping service being used if it happens other than removal date.
Any shipping will need to be approved by LF Auction and invoice will have to be paid before the Saturday removal.

If product isn't picked up during the Saturday Removal times there is a $40 late fee for up to 2 lots.
Over 2 lots there might be an additions $20 per lot.
