All items located in downtown Mayville ND - pickup will be on the North side of building in the alley.
** The location had a substantial water leak a couple years ago that resulted in water damage to the basement. As a result there is a strong mildew smell in the basement and many of the items located in the building will need to be sanitized to remove odor. Please keep this in mind when bidding.
The first 50 lots of the auction are located in the basement. I would recommend wearing a mask when removing these items. We will have masks on hand the day of pickup.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
