This auction combines US Bankruptcy Trustee assets as well as a private collector consignment. Highlights include Beckett authenticated 8x10 vintage autographed baseball player photos, a Pokemon Celebrations 25-year anniversary set that is still sealed in plastic, over 100 Marvel Metal trading cards from the mid 1990’s, vintage football and basketball sticker books, sports binders full of random special collector cards, action figures, souvenir type memorabilia, full sets and raw bulk sports card lots spanning baseball, football, basketball and hockey, ranging from 1960’s – 2000’s, all with NO RESERVE!
Auctioneer is not an expert in sports and game collectibles to offer an official grade/condition of these items. The photographs will serve as part of the description for you to determine value. Any reference to general condition is the Auctioneer's opinion only. We encourage you to look carefully at the photo arrays which are part of the description and call with questions. The best way to determine condition and value is to ALWAYS inspect in person!

INSPECTION: Takes place on Saturday August 29th from Noon to 4:00 p.m. No appointment necessary. Auctioneer will be on site.
PAYMENT: Due immediately at conclusion of auction by credit card on your K-BID dashboard in an amount up to $3,000.00 or cash at your loadout appointment. See PAYMENT TERMS tab on this auction for more details.
TAX EXEMPT RE-SELLERS: Provide a copy of your tax exemption ID number or copy of state issued Form ST-3 to auctioneer as soon as you have been declared the winning bidder.
REMOVAL: Removal is Tuesday September 1st between 12:00-6:00 p.m. or Wednesday September 2nd between 12:00-6:00 p.m. in Mankato Minnesota. Schedule your removal appointment on your K-BID dashboard. Do NOT show up without an appointment or you will have to wait on-site until those with appointments have cleared their loadout!
Bring a copy of your invoice (proof of payment) with you indicating whether you have paid K-BID online or are paying cash on-site.
This sale is conducted on behalf of the U.S. Bankruptcy Trustee and private consignor. Everything sells AS IS WHERE IS. Once you have been declared the winning bidder there can be no retractions or refunds. Lots that remain in auctioneer's possession after the end of the removal period with no contact from bidder will be deemed abandoned and auctioneer will dispose of or liquidate at their discretion. Abandoned lots may also carry fines or restriction of your K-BID bidding privileges. DO NOT BID ON THIS AUCTION IF YOU CANNOT COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS.

GENERAL TERMS
Payment should be made immediately at the conclusion nof the auction by credit card on your K-BID account with maxium amount of $3,000.00. You may also pay in cash on site at loadout no later than Tuesday, September 1st or Wednesday, September 2nd between 12:00-6:00 p.m.
BUYER’S PREMIUM of 15% with a $1,500.00 cap will be added to all purchases.
All bidders must register with K-BID according to their terms published below for this auction in addition to complying with these Affiliate terms. Make sure your address and contact phone number and e-mail address on your account are correct so we and/or the shipper can get ahold of you if necessary!
Bidder understands that inspections are critical in their determination of value when bidding and should do so BEFORE advancing their bids at the end of the auction. Photos should be considered as part of the description. PICK UP DAY IS NOT INSPECTION DAY and no refunds, discounts or credits against your final winning bid price will be offered!
Should a dispute arise during or after the auction between bidders, Auctioneer and K-BID records shall be conclusive in all respects. This is a privately owned and operated auction company, and it is clearly understood that auctioneer represents the seller only.
All assets on this auction sell AS IS WHERE IS with no warranties, either express or implied by the Affiliate, the U.S. Bankruptcy Trustee, or private consignors.
While every effort is made to disclose known defects and flaws that may substantially impact value, bidders are solely responsible to inspect in person. Bidder understands that, unless otherwise stated, items offered for sale are used/pre-owned and flaws and wear and tear should be expected. Any statements of general condition or visible flaws are opinions based on the Affiliate's visual inspection only.
Ownership transfers upon verification of payment in full to Affiliate's account or in cash at loadout. Purchases that are not removed by the last posted loadout time without directly contacting the auctioneer will be deemed abandoned. No refund or credit will be given to the purchaser and disposal of these items will be at the auctioneer's discretion. No exceptions.
Do not bid on this auction if you cannot comply with these terms! Failure to do so may result in fines and loss of bidding privileges on K-BID platform.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.
Affiliates are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Shipping is available for all items on this auction.
The UPS Store in Mankato MN is the designated shipper for this auction. If you request shipping on your invoice, we will deliver your purchases and a copy of your invoice to UPS at the end of the loadout schedule (September 2nd). After we have delivered to shipper, you must call them to give any special instructions. They will calculate your shipping charges and you will pay them directly. UPS Store Mankato phone number is: 507-779-7577 (Reference Dailey Realty and Auction Service so they can locate your purchases and information). PLEASE make sure all of your contact information is correct on your invoice so they can call you with questions!
We will not deliver to the shipper until your invoice is paid. After we have delivered to shipper, in-person pickup will not be available! Shipping fees cannot be calculated in advance, as the items have to be packaged, weighed and measured before shipping fees can be calculated. You will pay UPS directly by credit card after the shipping fee has been calculated.
If you request shipping other than UPS, auctioneer may charge a packing and handling fee to cover their staff and packaging costs.
Payment is due immediately at the conclusion of the auction on your K-BID account to a maximum of $3,000.00. You may also pay cash in person at loadout. Please bring a copy of your K-BID invoice indicating your method of payment. Call Auctioneer at 507-625-7653 if you have any questions.
IMPORTANT: Tax exempt dealers must provide your State of residence, business current tax exemption form to us immediately after being declared the winning bidder.
If shipping was requested, payment will be made directly and separately to our shipper (The UPS Store in Mankato MN) after they have calculated your shipping total, or by separate payment to auctioneer if anything other than UPS is requested.

Purchases that are not removed by the last posted pickup time without directly contacting Auctioneer at 507-625-7653 will be deemed ‘abandoned’. No refund or credit will be given to the purchaser and disposal of these items will be at the Auctioneer’s discretion. No refunds or credits will be given.
Auctioneer does not provide boxes, packing material or loading assistance. Please come prepared with enough assistance and materials at your scheduled pickup time to remove your purchases.
