HIGH BID:
If the high bidder of an item does NOT acknowledge the purchase, we reserve the right to determine how and to whom it will be resold. If we determine that the winning bid was not a authorized bidder, the item will not automatically go to the next second-highest bid.

All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.

Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Please call or text 701-715-0565 with your bidder number, the lot number, and lot description to see if shipping is available and to get a quote. After the auction closes, you must notify us that you want an item shipped before the pick-up time closes.
Credit card payments are handled through Square and are accepted online through the K-BID website and on-site for Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Cash is also accepted on-site, but no checks will be accepted.

PICK-UP/REMOVAL POLICY:
Please review the posted pick-up schedule before placing any bids to ensure you or a representative can be present to retrieve your items. By bidding, you acknowledge that you are aware of the scheduled pick-up date and time. If you are unable to make that time, please talk to us before bidding about other arrangements or shipping options.
Please bring your own packing materials and ensure all of your items are accounted for before leaving the auction site. Shipping arrangements need to be made prior to the close of the pick-up time (see Shipping section). Items left behind, without shipping arrangements, will be considered abandoned. We are not responsible for any items left behind and no refunds will be issued.
LARGE ITEMS:
Please bring adequate help and a vehicle suitable for transporting your purchases. Be aware that many auctions take place in private residences, and items may be located on upper or lower floors.
NO SHOWS:
Any unpaid invoices after the designated pick-up window will be marked as NO SHOWS, and items will be considered abandoned. These items may be disposed of at the affiliate’s discretion.
