Preview: 09/11/2026 from 4pm to 6pm. Preview is encouraged for bidders own clarity!
Pickup: 09/12/2026 from 10am to 2pm and 09/13/2026 from 11am to 1pm. Pickup is first come first serve - No pickup arrangements are necessary. Buyer is responsible for bringing help and proper equipment to load. We will bring the mattress to the dock and can assist with loading. We will not strap or tie down your mattress.
Extended Pickup: For a flat $50.00 we will hold ALL of your winnings out to 09/16/2026. $50 extended pickup fee must be paid in cash at time of pickup. Please call James @ 507-345-8042 by 1pm 9/13/2026 to set up pickup arrangements. If no arrangements are made by that time you will forfeit your bid and be marked a no-show. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Payments: We offer a 5% discount on the buyers premium off the BID TOTAL for all invoices paid in CASH - Not checks or payments in coins. Credit card payments accepted on orders over $200.00 up to $5,000.00 in person only. No online payments available. Checks accepted over $850.00 with valid MN DL. No out of state checks accepted. Applicable Minnesota Sales Tax will be collected. The sales tax rate is 7.375%.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
