Thank you for bidding with us! Here’s what you need to know about inspections, payment, paperwork, and picking up your purchases. If you have questions, we’re happy to help.
We are a non-traditional dealership. We do not have a mechanic, and our staff has not inspected the vehicles. All vehicles are sold as-is/where-is, in their current condition and location, with no other contingencies applying to the sale. Buyers are responsible for examining items before bidding and deciding whether they meet their needs, including checking vehicles for issues such as rusty frames or missing catalytic converters.
BEFORE YOU BID — INSPECTIONS & TEST DRIVES
We want you to feel informed before placing your bid! Inspections and vehicle test drives are available by appointment and are encouraged during the auction.
Appointments are available Monday–Thursday, 9 a.m.–3 p.m., and Friday by arrangement. Call 218-732-7888 to schedule.
Bidders are responsible for inspecting all items before bidding. Please use the inspection period to ask questions, take a test drive, or arrange an independent inspection.
PAYMENT
Please pay your invoice by Wednesday of the week the auction closes. Unpaid invoices may be marked as a “No Show,” which could result in your bidding privileges being suspended.

VEHICLE PICKUP — BY APPOINTMENT
Before picking up your vehicle, please complete the registration information link included with your invoice on your K-Bid Dashboard. All vehicle buyers must complete this step, including Minnesota residents, out-of-state buyers, and dealers.
Please bring your driver’s license to pickup. The insurance information you provide does not need to be for the vehicle you just purchased.
All pickups after the auction require an appointment. Call 218-732-7888 to schedule.
VEHICLE PAPERWORK & FEES
As a Minnesota auto dealer, we handle title transfer paperwork for Minnesota buyers, and our fees reflect that service. Depending on your transaction, some fees may qualify for an adjustment after the auction closes.
All vehicle buyers: A $275 document fee applies, including purchases by dealers and out-of-state buyers.
Out-of-state buyers: You’ll complete your own title transfer in your home state and pay our $275 document fee.
Auto dealers: Please provide a copy of your current dealer’s license before picking up your vehicle. The $275 document fee also applies to dealers.
We’ll issue a 60-day permit when needed.

Used vehicles may have mechanical issues and interior or exterior imperfections. We are not mechanics, and our descriptions do not replace an inspection. Buyers are responsible for inspecting items and determining their condition before bidding. Pick-Up Day is NOT Inspection Day.

Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies to conduct online auctions.
They are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
