Sports cards may include raw (ungraded), professionally graded, vintage, modern, rookie, insert, parallel, autograph, memorabilia, and collectible cards.
All cards are sold in their current condition.
Raw cards are not guaranteed to receive any particular grade if submitted to PSA, BGS, SGC, or another grading company.
Card condition is subjective. Buyers should carefully review all photographs before bidding.
Cards may have imperfections including corner wear, edge wear, surface scratches, print lines, centering issues, or other defects.
Professionally graded cards are sold according to the information displayed on their grading holders. Jay's Auction House does not independently guarantee third-party grading opinions.
No guarantee is made regarding future market value, investment potential, or grading results.
We make every reasonable effort to provide accurate photographs and descriptions.
Photographs are part of the item description. Bidders are responsible for examining all available images and asking questions before bidding.
Any errors or discrepancies should be brought to our attention before the auction closes.
All bids are binding commitments to purchase.
Bidders must be registered and approved through K-BID.
Winning bidders are responsible for completing payment.
Bids cannot be canceled or retracted simply because a bidder changes their mind.
Jay's Auction House reserves the right to withdraw or correct listings, reject bids, or cancel transactions when permitted by K-BID policies and applicable law.
A 15% buyer's premium will be added to the total winning bid amount on each invoice.
The buyer's premium is calculated on the combined winning bid amounts before applicable taxes and shipping charges.

All winning bidders are responsible for paying the full invoice amount, including the buyer's premium, applicable sales tax, and shipping charges.
Payment must be completed within the deadline stated in the auction details or invoice.
Accepted payment methods are those authorized and displayed through K-BID or by Jay's Auction House.
Failure to pay may result in cancellation of the sale, loss of bidding privileges, and other remedies permitted under K-BID policies and applicable law.
A flat-rate shipping fee of $8.00 will be added to each invoice, regardless of the number of lots purchased.
All winning lots on the same invoice will be combined into one shipment whenever possible.
All items will be shipped via USPS with tracking and insurance.
Orders will ship within 3–4 business days after payment has been received.
Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
The $8.00 shipping fee applies per invoice, not per lot.

Jay's Auction House reserves the right to correct material listing errors and address auction irregularities in accordance with K-BID policies.
We are not responsible for internet connectivity problems, bidder equipment failures, or other technical issues outside our reasonable control.

Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies to conduct online auctions.
They are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
All items purchased through Jay's Auction House on K-BID will be carefully packaged and shipped to ensure safe delivery.
Shipping Timeframe: All orders will be shipped within 3–4 business days after full payment of the invoice has been received.
Shipping Carrier: All items are shipped exclusively through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Tracking Information: Every shipment includes a USPS tracking number, allowing buyers to monitor their package from shipment to delivery.
Shipping Insurance: All shipments include shipping insurance to provide additional protection against loss or damage during transit.
Shipping and Handling Fees: A flat shipping fee of $8.00 per invoice, plus a $5.00 handling fee per invoice, will be charged. The total shipping and handling cost is $13.00 per invoice, regardless of the number of lots purchased on that invoice.
Combined Shipping: Multiple lots purchased by the same bidder on a single invoice will be combined into one shipment. The $8.00 shipping fee and $5.00 handling fee are charged per invoice, not per lot.
Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and USPS service. Jay's Auction House is not responsible for delays caused by USPS once packages have been shipped.
Damaged or Lost Packages: If an item arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, buyers should contact Jay's Auction House promptly so we can assist with the USPS insurance claim process. Please retain all original packaging and take photographs of any damage.
Buyer Responsibility: Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Please verify your shipping information before completing payment.

1. Payment Responsibility
All winning bids constitute a binding agreement to purchase. Buyers are responsible for the full purchase price, including applicable buyer's premiums, sales tax, shipping charges, and any disclosed fees.
2. Payment Deadline
Full payment is required within 48 hours of the auction closing. All invoices must be paid in full before items are shipped.
3. Accepted Payment Methods
Payments must be made electronically using the approved payment options provided by Jay's Auction House or K-BID.
CASH, PERSONAL CHECKS, BUSINESS CHECKS, CASHIER'S CHECKS, AND MONEY ORDERS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
4. Buyer's Premium and Sales Tax
A buyer's premium will be applied as disclosed in the auction listing. Applicable sales tax will be collected as required by law.
5. Shipping and Handling
All items are shipped via USPS with tracking and insurance. Orders generally ship within 3–4 business days after payment has been received and cleared. Buyers are responsible for applicable shipping charges.
6. Unpaid Invoices
Invoices not paid within 48 hours may result in cancellation of the transaction, forfeiture of the items, restrictions on future bidding, and other actions permitted by K-BID policies and applicable law.
7. All Sales Final
All sales are final unless otherwise required by law. Buyers are responsible for reviewing all descriptions and photographs before bidding.
8. Payment Disputes
Any billing concerns must be reported promptly to Jay's Auction House so that a resolution can be attempted.
9. Agreement to Terms
By placing a bid, buyers acknowledge and agree to these payment terms and all applicable K-BID auction rules and policies.
SHIPPING IS THE DEFAULT METHOD FOR ALL PURCHASES.
All items purchased through Jay's Auction House on K-BID will be shipped unless prior arrangements have been made for local pickup.
Local Pickup by Appointment Only
Buyers wishing to pick up their items must contact Jay's Auction House BEFORE THE AUCTION CLOSES to arrange a scheduled pickup time.
Local pickup is available by appointment only.
Pickup arrangements must be made before the auction closes.
No walk-in or unscheduled pickups will be permitted.
All invoices must be paid in full before items are released.
Buyers are responsible for picking up their purchases at the agreed-upon date and time.
Shipping Information
If a buyer has not contacted Jay's Auction House before the auction closes to arrange pickup, their items will automatically be processed for shipping.
All shipped orders will be sent via USPS with tracking and insurance within 3–4 business days after payment has been received and cleared. Applicable shipping charges are the buyer's responsibility.
IMPORTANT: By placing a bid, buyers acknowledge and agree that their purchases will be shipped unless local pickup arrangements have been confirmed with Jay's Auction House prior to the auction closing.
