This is the first of several auctions to liquidate the Tri County Electric of St. Cloud Estate. This auction consists of primarily vehicles, construction equipment and other misc. equipment & supplies, including a Trailblazer, Dump Truck, Boom Truck, 2 Cube (storage) Trucks, 30' Iron Pro Trailer, Mini Excavator, Ditch Witch, Caterpillar Forklift, Zero Turn Radius Mower, Bagger for Zero Turn Mower, Multiple BobCat Attachments (sorry, no BobCat for sale), ScissorLift, Knife for Ditch Witch, Outdoor Double Fuel Tank, Lull with Manlift, Barrels, 100 lb. Propane Tanks, Cabinet with Countertop, Sheet Metal & Trim Work, 2 piles of Sand, Scrap Metal and Used Breaker Boxes, Construction Gang Boxes, Pallet of Construction Heaters, Lots of Tires & Rims, Aluminum Ramp and Rebar. Tri County Electric was a busy and very successful electrical contractor business prior to the owner's passing. Therefore, there is a large volume of inventory, tools and other supplies that will be auctioned off in the upcoming future, so be sure to watch for those auctions, especially if you are an electrical contractor or work in any construction trade. The Real Estate is also up for auction, so be sure to check that out as well if you are in the market for a commercial property. Because there is a large number of items, we can be somewhat flexible in pickup, however, we still need to be paid within the time frame listed for the auctions AND arrangements as to when item(s) will be picked up need to be made. However, titled assets need to be paid and signed by the new OWNER (who ever's name is going on the title) within 2 days from auction close, so be sure to make appropriate arrangements.
This auction's payment and pickup day is on Thursday 11/12/15 . Payments can be made by cash or by credit card (credit card payment limit up to $1999). Sorry, checks are NOT accepted, except Bank/Cashier Checks. Please note this is an off-site auction.
Inspection is on Tuesday 11/10/15 from 2:00 - 4:00 pm.
Removal: Thursday 11/12/15 from 10:00 - 5:00. Please Note: Titles MUST be signed by the NEW OWNER of the titled asset. You CANNOT send someone else on your behalf to pay & pickup your titled asset, as we need your signature. Please plan accordingly.
Be sure to bring the proper equipment and help with loading of larger or heavy items, help will NOT be available to help load any items.

Items have to be paid for on the load out day(s). Load out day is not preview day! All items need to be picked up on pick up day during the time slot stated. Late payments and/or pickups will result in an additional $25.00 fee. Items not paid within 3 days from close of auction will be reported as a "No Show" bidder. Items paid but not picked up within 7 days from close of auction will be considered "abandoned".
Items that are to be shipped need to be paid for in full before shipped out. No items will be released until paid for in full.

Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.

Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.

Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Yes, we ship! We charge $10.00 plus the actual cost of shipping per package for small to medium size packages, to help offset the cost of our labor in preparing your shipment and driving your shipment to shipper, shipping supplies and vehicle expenses in driving your package to the shipper. Larger packages and those requiring more shipping supplies than a standard box and newspaper are more and are dependent on how much and what is needed for supplies and the amount of time required to package it. This is a SERVICE to you and packages do not package themselves or drive themselves to the shipper. Although we do make every effort to package and protect your items as best as possible, shippers do not handle your package in a delicate manner and therefore at times, item(s) may get broken. Once your item is shipped, we will email you with the tracking number along with the name of the shipper. Any shipping issues thereafter are between you and the shipper. Customer is responsible for filing and handling any claim with the shipper.
