Your Boat Club promises our members the best boating has to offer. These late model, meticulously maintained fishing boats, ski boats and pontoons have served our members well. It is simply time to replace them with brand new models and find them a new home!
Most boats have been in service for only three years and are regularly detailed and refurbished. Boats are sold AS-IS. All boats located at Brown’s Bay Marina on Lake Minnetonka.
Many Boats are in the water for test and demo rides during inspection times. Note: Some models will have only one of that model in the water for performance testing but will be able to run others on land with water hook up if requested.
Attention: On the day the auction closes (4/24/2016), we will start the closing process for Lot #1 at 12:00pm (Noon) and begin the closing process on one item every 10 minutes thereafter.

There is a 5% BUYERS PREMIUM (5% BP) on the boats in this auction. Credit Cards will not be accepted on boats If a credit card is used for any purchase, 3.0% will be added to the Buyer's Premium making the rate 8.0% Applicable “Auction State” Sales Tax will be collected.
At the close of the auction active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes. IMPORTANT NOTE: If the high bidder of an item does NOT acknowledge the purchase, K-BID systems reserves the right to determine how and to whom it will be resold. If we determine that the winning bid was not a bona fide bidder, the item WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY go to the next second-highest bid.
GUYS- Do not bid until you have convinced your wife/mother/girlfriend that owning a boat would be a great idea.
Will will be adding appropriate DNR and trailer transfer fees in the next few days The items in this sale are selling with reserve.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal

Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
