Purchased Brand new for $100,00.00 in August 2012 plus $40k in added items. Please view all pictures for specs and manual covers.
Walk in cooler was installed in sections. There's doors, ceiling panels, shelving & racking, cooling units, lights and more.
3 Air cooled condensing units will need to be removed from roof of building, please see pictures. They were put up on roof with a crane.
Winning bidder must provide licensed and insured professional electrical, plumbing and refrigerant service for disconnects and removal.
Removal is available starting April 28th starting at 9am, appointment will need to be made to start the process. This will need to be 100% removed by May 1, 2021 at 7pm.

We accept Cash, All Major Credit Cards either in person or by phone, PayPal, Cashier's Checks, Money Orders, Personal Checks under $100.00 with ID.
Any removal out of our SCHEDULED REMOVAL TIMES will be subject to a MINIMUM $20.00 transfer charge.
If you feel a item was not listed properly, you have one week to make your case. If we feel a refund is in order, item will need to be returned to us within one week of removal. Once we pay our sellers we cannot make adjustments. Remember this is an auction. This is not a retail store.

Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
