Please join the Estate Sales Minnesota Team and the crew from Rusted Nail in Hamel for this fun treasure hunt auction!
We are excited to present for your bidding pleasure an entire storage unit all included in one lot! We have taken photos of what is at the surface and there are so many more treasures to be found in unopened boxes and bins. We are showing just a few hightlights from what we are able to see. The fun is that we have not even gone thru all of the boxes and it is truly a treasure hunt!
The dealer has decided to semi-retire from being in the antique and vintage business for many years. A power seller on eBay and in vintage stores, he definetly has an eye for what people want. A lot of the items have been priced for retail - makes your work easier if you are a reseller!

At the close of the removal/ pick up day, all unpaid invoices will be processed as NO SHOWS and all remaining lots will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliates discretion. **Shipping is available (see shipping terms)
No refunds will be given for abandoned lots.

Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies to conduct online auctions.

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal

Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Shipping is available for most reasonably sized items at the cost of shipping in addition to our processing fees. Our processing fee structure is as follows:
We will not ship an single order for a single bid of $10.00 or less.
*** If you purchase multiple lots/ items and we are able to combine them into one package you will only be charged one processing fee.
AFTER you have paid for your items on K-Bid, a separate invoice for the cost of shipping will be emailed to you with in a week.
We can not ship your items until you have paid your K-Bid invoice.
Shipping fees cannot be calculated in advance as the items have to be packaged and the package weighed and measured before shipping fees can be calculated.
Once the items have been sent to the shipping department and have been packaged for mail and you have been sent an invoice, picking up your item will no longer be an option as time and money will have been spent to package up your item/s. Thank you.

Payment for shipping is a separate transaction. We will email you a separate invoice for the cost of shipping with in 6-8 days after you have paid your K-Bid invoice and requested shipping.
