Payment Accepted - We accept cash, major credit cards, and cashier's checks for payment. If the invoice is over $5,000 credit cards are not accepted, payments must be made using wire transfer, cash, or a cashier's check.
Shipping - Conducted through USPS. See shipping tab.
Pickup - Please bring the appropriate vehicle/trailer to remove your items.
Inspections - Inspections are welcomed and encouraged but must be made by appointment. Contact cccsalesandliquidations@gmail.com to set up an appointment. You can also contact Cole @ 952-292-3260 between 10 AM - 6 PM.
Sales Tax - Current MN legislation has no sales tax exemption for coins and currency that have a legal tender. Items that fall into the non legal tender category have been marked as non taxable. Other tax exemptions will not be given unless a tax exemption form is provided.
No refunds will be given for abandoned lots. Lots will be considered abondoned if they are not picked up on removal day and the winning bidder fails to contact the affiliate within 48 hours of the closing of removal schedule.

Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies to conduct online auctions.
They are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Conducted through USPS, some items may not be able to ship, please make note of this when bidding. All shiping invoices will be charged with a $5 handling fee and 50% of the estimated cost to ship your items. If you would like your Items shipped DO NOT PAY ONLINE, first contact the affiliate to request shipping and then shipping charges will be added. Once fees have been added, you will be notified and then the invoice is ready to be paid. Items will be sent out following the closing of the loadout schedule. Once the items have been delivered to the Post Office, confirmation and a tracking number will be sent. The USPS does not allow additional shipping insurance over $100 on packages containing currency.
