Valhalla Spas & Pools of Minot, North Dakota is auctioning two brand NEW hot tubs with no reserves, and one showroom floor demo model, to free up warehouse space for new products. Two of these hot tubs are brand NEW, and are NOT factory returns, demo, or damaged hot tubs; and come with a factory warranty and include a factory matching insulated cover. One new tub is a floor model demo that is currently filled with water in there showroom floor and being sold as is with matching insulated cover and lift.
Delivery, setup, and additional accessories like steps and chemical products are available at an additional cost between Valhalla Spas & Pools of Minot and buyer after the auction.
Successful bidders that wish to just pick up the hot tub at the store and setup themselves may do so. If buyer shows up with correct type of trailer loading assistiance is provided for free, if incorrect trailers arrive and fork lift is needed a $200.00 fee will be charged for loading hot tub, which will need to be paid directly to Valhalla Spas. (Sorry this fee is due to past bidders showing up with incorrect hauling trailers and Valhalla Spas having to have a fork lift readily available to accomadate. If you show up with the correct style of flat bed trailer, no fee is necessary.
Successful buyer will need to pay by bank wire transfer, cash, certified bank check (NO PERSONNAL CHECKS ), or credit cards up to $3,000.00 by close of business 26 July 2024. Schedule date to either pick up hot tub or arrange delivery for an additional cost within 30 days of winning bid. If delivey and setup is requested it will be an additional $750.00 plus $2.50 per loaded mile.
Hot tubs will need to be delivered or picked up no later than 30 days after successful bid. Items not arranged for delivery or pickup within 30 days after successful bid will incur a $10.00 per day storage fee. Inspection times to see these hot tubs in person at the Minot Store are M-F 10AM-6PM.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
All items for this auction are eligible for shipping within the continental United States. Shipping costs and arrangements will be exclusively handled between Valhalla Spas & Pools and buyer after the auction. Buyer will have 30 days to pickup item or make arrangements to have delivered. If not pickup within 30 days a ten dollar per day storage fee will take effect. Payment of item needs to be completed by COB 26 July 2024.
