This is a bookstore fixture liquidation auction,
THERE ARE NO BOOKS INCLUDED IN THIS AUCTION
All the items in this auction are currently in use.
You will see Lots of bookshelves mode of solid wood many were handmade custom made. There is a lot of good wood to be reused, re purposed or used as is. There are other store related items cash wrap, register, fax machine, open sign and more. Please see all photos.
Buyer is responsible to remove all slat wall items and signage with your own tools and equipment ie ladders, screwdrivers ect..
Many of the book shelves may be attached to one another and require a simple separation.
There will be a ONE DAY pickup from the Store.
Please bid only if you can pick up on the scheduled day.

Please note there will be little or no help available for you PLEASE Bring appropriate help, supplies and equipment to pick up your items. You should bring boxes and packing materials also. Some supplies may be available but will be limited supply.
Please note the location, date and pick-up times for this auction. TWC Auctions are one day only removals or by appt arranged prior to the close of the auction. If you cannot pay for and pick-up your items on the day provided for pick up, PLEASE DO NOT BID.......... We cannot hold items without prior approval as our space is very limited......
Items won that are not paid for and picked up on the pick-up day will be forfeited unless prior arrangements are made with Steven by the end of the pick-up hour time slot. PLEASE call or text me with any concerns before the pick-up ends.

If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
